EU Authorised Representative services (annual contract)

This is an ongoing legal/operational role for non‑EU manufacturers placing products on the EU market. We help you stay ready for market surveillance and keep responsibilities clear.

  • EU AR mandate support and operational communication channel
  • Defined document availability process (what we keep / what you provide)
  • Support with market surveillance requests and escalation workflow
  • Clear onboarding steps and deliverables before we start

Response time: 1–2 business days.

Recommended for non‑EU manufacturers: EU Authorised Representative (EU AR).
